It's nothing special; I simply took Arhoangel's base body model for Mercy and added the accessories, weapons, and clothing of Medic Ziegler. Since I noticed there aren't any NSFW models online of this specific Mercy skin, I thought it might be appreciated by those who want to have a "lewd" version of it.
