Super simple concrete block with some poles for restraint. The pole's height can be scaled and the cuffs can be scaled and rotated. The block is the main part so move it around with that. Not much to it. I'm going to dive into some more ambitious modeling like restraints with more moving parts and maybe some rooms so I might leave you all with this for now.
