Cyprian Wiley aka Whoreson Junior from the Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Really grimy/dirty looking guy, even while making the model I felt sick in my stomach just looking at him. But... He has a lot of NSFW potential, especially with Ciri because of the Get Junior questline (you can get a good model [here](https://smutba.se/project/ad017d8e-2580-4aab-971d-7eeeb567712a/)). It's really a shame Witcher rule34 peaked during the SFM era and nobody bothered making these side characters for Blender (publicly anyway). **Blender 4.1 or higher only. I packed the textures for easy upload/download, but you should unpack to improve performance (File->External Data->Unpack Resources)**
